By enrolling in the Money Back Stock Market Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for 100% Refund

• The refund applies only to the course fee paid to Skill24.
• Students must complete at least 90% of the course content.
• Students must attend at least 80% of the live classes or watch the recorded sessions.
• All mandatory assignments, quizzes, and assessments must be submitted within the specified deadlines.
• Students must complete all paper trading/demo trading exercises provided in the course.
• Real-money trading is NOT mandatory to qualify for the refund.
• There is no profit target or minimum return requirement for refund eligibility.
• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of course completion.
• Students must submit the refund request through the official Skill24 Refund Form along with valid bank account details.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after successful verification of eligibility.
• Students will continue to have access to the course until the refund request has been reviewed and a final decision is made.

Refund Will NOT Be Granted If

• Less than 90% of the course has been completed.
• Mandatory assignments or quizzes are not submitted.
• The refund request is submitted after 7 days from course completion.
• The student is found involved in account sharing, piracy, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of course content.
• The course certificate has already been used for commercial, professional, or promotional purposes.
• Any false information or fraudulent activity is detected during the verification process.

Refund Policy

• The refund amount will be equal to the actual course fee paid.
• If the course was purchased using a coupon or discount, the refund will be limited to the discounted amount actually paid.
• For EMI purchases, Skill24 will refund only the amount received by Skill24. Processing charges, bank interest, EMI charges, or finance partner fees are non-refundable.
• No hidden deductions will be made other than applicable third-party financial charges (if any).

Certificate Policy

• If a refund is approved, the course completion certificate (if issued) shall become automatically cancelled and invalid.
• The refunded certificate cannot be used for employment, educational, or commercial purposes.

Re-enrollment Policy

• Students who receive a refund may re-enroll in the course in the future by paying the applicable course fee.
• Previous course access and benefits will not be restored after a refund.

Verification Rights

Skill24 reserves the right to verify:

• Course completion records
• Assignment submissions
• Attendance records
• Quiz performance
• Demo trading participation
• Compliance with all course guidelines

Any attempt to manipulate or bypass the eligibility criteria will result in immediate rejection of the refund request.

General Terms

• This refund policy is applicable only to the Money Back Stock Market Course unless otherwise specified.
• Skill24 reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice for future enrollments.
• The decision of Skill24 regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding after verification.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Skill24 operates.
